Autosave & Offline
uMake saves your work automatically and keeps it in sync, even when the connection drops.
Steps
- Your design saves automatically while you work — there is no Save button.
- Changes upload to your uMake cloud library; a card shows a brief green check when it has just finished syncing.
- An orange dot on a card means local changes are still waiting to upload; a cloud icon with a down arrow means the design is not downloaded on this device yet and will download when you open it.
- If you go offline, keep working — your edits are stored on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns.
- The Offline location lists the designs already available on this device, so you know what you can open without a connection.
