How it works
Set up your team in four steps.
Buying and managing happen on account.umake.com. Members keep designing in the uMake app, with their own account.
Choose a plan and seats
Pick Basic, Pro or Studio for the whole team, billed monthly or yearly, with 3 to 1,000 seats. You take the first seat, and pay through Stripe.
Invite your team
Send email invites, up to 50 at a time, or share the team link. Each invite works once, for 14 days.
They sign in and join
People sign in with Apple, Google, email or their Microsoft work account, tap Join team, and their seat is ready in uMake. Nothing to pay: the team covers it.

Email invites
Invite up to 50 people at a time. Each invite works once, for 14 days, and you can revoke it.
A team link
One link to join the team. Make a new one whenever you like: the old link stops working, and everyone stays.
Seats when you need them
Add seats and they’re charged for the rest of the billing period. Remove seats and they’re credited on your next invoice.
Company sign-in (SSO)
Verify your domain with a DNS record, then let people with a work account on it join by themselves, or require it.
Who’s on the team
Everyone’s name, email and role in one list. People are told before they join that admins can see them.
One bill
Paid through Stripe. The owner updates the payment method, sees invoices or cancels in Stripe’s customer portal.

Teams get priority support by email, at hello@umake.com.
Company sign-in (SSO)
Sign in with work accounts.
Verify your company’s domain, and people who sign in with a work Google Workspace or Microsoft account on it can join your team by themselves, or be required to.

How many seats do I need?
At least 3, and up to 1,000 in one team. You’re one of them: whoever buys the team becomes its owner and takes the first seat. For one or two people, individual plans are simpler: see all plans.
Can people on one team have different plans?
No. A team has one plan and one billing period for all its seats. One account can own more than one team, so you can set up a team for each plan.
Do members share AI credits?
No. Each member gets their plan’s monthly AI allowance on their own seat: 800 credits a month on Basic, 1,600 on Pro and 4,000 on Studio. It refills every month, on yearly billing too, and unused credits don’t roll over.
How does billing work?
You pay per seat, through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Seats you add are charged now for the rest of the billing period; seats you remove are credited on your next invoice. Only the team’s owner manages billing, in Stripe’s customer portal: update the payment method, see invoices or cancel.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
uMake Teams is paid through Stripe, not by invoice. If your company needs an invoice or a purchase order, talk to us.
Do you support SSO?
uMake Teams has company sign-in: verify your domain with a DNS record, and people who sign in with a work Google Workspace or Microsoft account on it can join your team automatically, or be required to. SAML, Okta and SCIM aren’t supported. If you need them, talk to us.
What do members see in the app?
Their plan, provided by your organization, with nothing to pay or cancel. They use their own uMake account and need uMake 10 or later. Before they join, they’re told that the team’s admins will see their name and email.
What happens when someone leaves?
Members can leave, and admins can remove them; the seat is then free for someone else. Their uMake account stays theirs: only the team’s plan ends. The owner can’t leave the team or be removed.
Can I buy seats only for other people?
Not with uMake Teams: the owner always has a seat. School licenses are a different product, only for schools, colleges and universities, for their students and staff: see uMake for Education.
