Does uMake work on iPhone Duo?
Yes. uMake 10 supports iPhone Duo with iOS 27.1. Opened, the phone gets the larger workspace uMake has on iPad; closed, uMake works on the outer display like on any iPhone.
What happens to my design when I fold or unfold the phone?
Nothing you’d notice: the design, the camera view, your selection, text you’re typing, an open Live AI Preview and an AI generation in progress all carry on. uMake never starts or stops anything because the phone folded.
Can I do CAD and 3D modeling on iPhone Duo?
Yes. The full 3D editor runs on it: draw with Precision, Pen and Freestyle, build NURBS surfaces and solids, Combine shapes, work in real units and export STEP, IGES, OBJ, STL or USDZ with a plan. See Sketch & model.
Which AI tools can I use on iPhone Duo?
All of them: AI Design Partner, which builds editable 3D from words or a reference image; Live AI Preview, which renders your model as you work; and the AI tools in Spaces that compose, vary, restyle and edit images. They run on AI credits. See AI in uMake.
Do I need a plan?
uMake is free to download, and opening and viewing 3D files is free. Drawing, editing and export need a plan. See pricing.
