Deleted Files & Recovery
Know what deleting a design does, and how to keep a safety copy before you let one go.
Steps
- To delete one design, touch and hold its card in the Designs tab and choose Delete.
- To delete several at once, tap the Select button in the toolbar, tap the designs, then tap the trash button in the bottom bar.
- Deleting a design removes it from your uMake library on every device signed in to your account, and it needs an internet connection — deletion is not available offline.
- There is no in-app trash, so duplicate a design first if you are not sure you want to lose it.
- If you deleted something by accident, contact uMake support from Settings as soon as possible to ask whether it can be recovered.
