Snapping & symmetry
Let points click onto the grid, and mirror everything you draw across an axis.
Steps
- Open Settings from the More menu (the … button in the top toolbar) and choose the Workspace tab to find the Snap settings.
- Turn on snap toggles like Grid, Lines, Surfaces and Selection box — as you draw or move shapes, points snap onto grid intersections and existing geometry, with an indicator marking each snap.
- Tap Advanced in the Snap section header for finer per-type snap controls.
- Turn on Symmetry for the X, Y or Z axis in the same Workspace tab — everything you draw is mirrored live across that axis. Tap the axis again to turn it off.
- Press G to show or hide the grid.
