Extrude
Pull a flat closed curve or surface straight up into a solid shape.
Steps
- Select a closed curve or a flat surface on the canvas.
- Tap Extrude in the contextual menu that appears for your selection.
- Drag to pull the profile into a solid — the extrusion follows your finger.
- Use the Two ways option in the tool menu to extrude in both directions at once.
- With a closed curve or surface selected, press E to start the Extrude tool.
- Drag with the pointer or trackpad to set the extrusion height.
